De-Stress Immune Boost

Stress is the biggest kick in the immune system.  In betternutrition Live Better Naturally magazine author Jonny Bowden discusses ten ways to boost your immune system by dealing with stress.  He suggested that nurturing something outside yourself lowers cortisol, the stress hormone, and boosts immunity.  Taking care of plants, pets, or other people is a good way to get your daily dose of nurturing.
