Avacado Dressing: 2 large avacados and 1/4 c diced red onion in food processor, add juice on on lime after you’ve zested it into the salsa bowl. Add rice milk for a dressing consistency and don’t forget the salt.
Strawberry Peach Salsa: Diced strawberry-1/2c, 2 med peaches blanched, skin removed and diced, 1/4 c diced red onion, lime zest, juice of 1/2 lime, dash of salt, dash of cloves, dash of ginger. Stir well. Add or subtract seasoning according to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips and
