Emerging Hopeful in a Snarky World

Americans are sarcastic.  Perhaps its a child-like defense mechanism ingrained into our collective psyche.  For most of us, the remarks we spurt come from our autopilot mode, the subconscious, in defense of freedom-however we define it.

Hope emerges in spring like daffodils that have been semi-hibernating all winter.  Child-like hope is best expressed in hugs.  Hugs are healing and hopeful and helpful all at once.

May you hug your way through spring.
