We all experience disappointments, overwhelm, anxiety, fear–sometimes all at the same time. We try to process the why and it is easy to look out in the world and find negative contributing factors. Five minutes of watching the news decreases your productivity and your ability to feel joy. Happiness is not pleasure or a sensation. It is a journey we take seeking joy, seeing miracles, being radiant even when the darkness surrounds us.
